• The Multi-Tool has a awl, but it doesn't have a nail file.
• The Multi-Tool has a 1/4" drive, but it  doesn't have a full serrated blade.
• The Multi-Tool has a large flat screwdriver, but it doesn't have a can opener.
• The Multi-Tool has a wire cramer. but it doesn't have a toothpick.
• The Multi-Tool has a Philips screwdriver, but it doesn't have Scissors.

Conclusion:

The best Multi-Tool, in my personal point is this one, because has more tools than the other, they prize is similar but this Multi-Tool has more tools. I dont like the color, but it help to protect the Multi-Tool steel.
